No, and we want to be clear about that. Fragrant Life is an independent fragrance retailer. Our inventory can come through brands, distributors, wholesale channels, testers, closeouts, and special buys. We only claim an authorized relationship when one actually exists.

Our goal is simple: if it is available for purchase on the website, it should be inventory we physically have available to sell unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Because we also sell live, inventory can move quickly.

Fragrance pricing varies widely by sourcing channel. Wholesale purchasing, distributor relationships, testers, closeouts, and special buys can allow us to offer strong pricing without changing the authenticity of the fragrance.

A tester contains the same fragrance as the standard retail version. The difference is usually presentation: it may arrive in a plain tester box, without decorative retail packaging, and occasionally without a cap depending on the brand. We identify testers clearly so you know what you are buying.

It means the fragrance shares a scent direction or profile with another fragrance. It does not mean the products are identical or that the brands are affiliated. Comparisons are simply a helpful way to describe what you might expect.

For regular inventory, we use accurate product imagery to represent the fragrance and presentation being sold. When presentation matters—such as a tester, gift set, mini, or special package—we work to make that clear in the listing. Donated or gently used Blessing Shelf items are different: we show actual photos of the actual fragrance being offered.

Available shipping destinations and services are shown at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery address. Fragrance is a regulated shipping item, so some services or destinations may not be available.

Yes. When a shippable website order is fulfilled, tracking information is provided through Shopify when available from the carrier.

Perfume contains alcohol and is regulated for transportation. We use appropriate eligible shipping services and packaging practices for fragrance orders, which can limit certain expedited or air-shipping options.

100% of the sale of a designated Blessing Shelf item supports the featured ministry partner. Not a portion. Every dollar from that item’s sale is directed to the ministry being featured.

Not necessarily. Because many Blessing Shelf fragrances are donated, some may be gently used or previously opened. We think that is part of what makes the Shelf special—a fragrance someone no longer reaches for can become a blessing to someone else.

We will always clearly disclose the condition of a Blessing Shelf item in its listing. When an item is donated or gently used, we will also show actual photos of the actual fragrance being sold, so you can see exactly what you are purchasing.

Yes. A bottle designated for the Blessing Shelf has its own dedicated inventory. That helps us clearly account for what is on the shelf and what is regular Fragrant Life inventory. Once that Blessing Shelf bottle is purchased, it is gone from the shelf.

We can consider full-size bottles, partial bottles in good usable condition, minis, samples, and other clearly identifiable fragrance items. Items should be safe, securely packaged, and not leaking or broken.

The Blessing Shelf rotates through featured ministry partners. Fragrant Life manages when donated fragrance is placed on the shelf and which weekly feature it becomes part of so the program can remain organized and accountable.
