Fragrant Life accepts donated fragrances for the Blessing Shelf. Items that qualify — meaning they're authentic, intact, and safely packaged — are offered to our community. The funds raised go directly to support our Ministry of the Week.

Why Send Fragrance?

That bottle sitting unused on your shelf could become part of someone else's story. When you donate fragrance to Fragrant Life, it goes through our Blessing Shelf — where it's offered to our community at a price that supports real ministry work happening every week.

We also love doing live unboxings on our shows — so your package might just be opened in front of our whole community, sharing the joy of the reveal together. Fragrance is personal. When you send it with intention, it carries that generosity forward. Your life leaves a scent trail. Be fragrant.

All items are reviewed upon arrival. To qualify for the Blessing Shelf, fragrances must be authentic, intact, and clearly identifiable. Items that don't meet these standards will not be listed. When in doubt, reach out before mailing.

Before You Mail Anything

Please follow these steps in order to make sure your items arrive safely and are ready to be used.

Pack your items first

Wrap each bottle individually, place everything in a sturdy box, and note the total weight and dimensions. You'll need these for the intake form.

Complete the intake form

Once your package is ready, fill out the form below. Having your box packed first means you'll have the weight and dimensions on hand to complete it accurately.

Wait for confirmation

We'll follow up by email — and if you requested a prepaid label, we'll send it to you directly. Don't mail anything until you hear from us.

Include your name and contact info

Place a note inside the package with your name, email, and any relevant details about what you're sending.

📦 Packing Instructions

  • Tighten all caps and atomizers securely before packing
  • Wrap each bottle individually in bubble wrap or packing paper
  • Place bottles in a sealed plastic bag if possible
  • Use a sturdy box — not an envelope for glass items
  • Fill empty space with padding so items don't shift during transit
  • Weigh your box and measure the dimensions before submitting the intake form
  • Consider adding tracking and insurance for valuable or sentimental items

About Your Fragrance

Here's Exactly How It Works

We want you to know what happens to your fragrance after it arrives. There's no mystery — just a simple, intentional process.

Step 1 — We review what you send.

Every item is inspected when it arrives. To qualify for the Blessing Shelf, fragrances must be authentic (not counterfeit), intact (not broken or leaking), and clearly identifiable.

Step 2 — Qualifying items go to the Blessing Shelf.

Items that pass review are listed on the Blessing Shelf and offered to our community at a price that reflects their value. Some packages may also be featured in a live unboxing on our shows — where the whole community gets to share in the joy of the reveal.

Step 3 — Sales support the Ministry of the Week.

Funds raised through Blessing Shelf sales go directly to support our Ministry of the Week — a rotating spotlight on a cause or organization we believe in.

Items that don't qualify — due to damage, authenticity concerns, or safety issues — will not be listed. We appreciate your generosity and handle every donation with care.

Do I need to complete the form before mailing fragrance?

Yes, please. But pack your box first so you have the weight and dimensions ready. Then complete the intake form and wait for our confirmation before mailing anything.

Can I send used or partial bottles?

Yes — gently used and partial bottles in good condition are welcome. Please make sure they are not leaking and are safely packaged for transit.

Can I send samples or minis?

Absolutely. Minis and samples are accepted and can be a great addition to the Blessing Shelf.

Will I be paid for items I send?

No. Items sent to Fragrant Life are donated and will not be purchased or compensated. By sending items, you are contributing to a generosity-focused initiative that supports our Ministry of the Week.

Could my package be featured on a live show?

Yes! We love doing live unboxings on our shows where the whole community gets to experience the reveal together. Your package could be part of one of those moments.

What happens if my items don't qualify?

Items that arrive broken, counterfeit, or otherwise unusable will not be listed on the Blessing Shelf and cannot be returned. Please review the accepted items list before sending.

What if I don't know the name of a fragrance?

That's okay — just describe it as best you can in the intake form. If we can't identify it upon arrival, it may not qualify for the Blessing Shelf.

Who pays for shipping?

We've got you covered! Fragrant Life is happy to provide a prepaid shipping label. Just include your mailing details and package dimensions in the intake form.
