Shipping policy

We’re excited to send your next favorite fragrance your way. Here’s what to expect when ordering from Fragrant Life.

Order processing

Orders typically ship the next business day and within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping destinations and rates

We ship within the United States and to U.S. territories where our carrier offers an eligible ground shipping service. Availability depends on the destination and restrictions for alcohol-based fragrances.

Our standard shipping charge is $8, unless different shipping terms are stated in an offer or at the time of sale. The applicable charge will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Ground shipping only

Because alcohol-based fragrances are flammable and require special handling, all orders ship by ground service.

Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Our order-processing timeframe is not a delivery guarantee. Please refer to your tracking information for the carrier’s estimated arrival date.

Tracking and address changes

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, email janeil@fragrantlifellc.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

Delivery concerns

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Report damage, leaking, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery by emailing janeil@fragrantlifellc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where safe to take them.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details about requesting assistance and prepaid labels for approved returns.

Thank you for shopping with Fragrant Life!
